Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 14 days after receipt of your goods.

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

 Returns

Returns can be made by mail. To return goods by mail, follow the following procedure: All items must be in new or unused condition. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. To return, please email erin@lymelitecom.com with your reason for return and we will issue an RMA number. Place items securely in a package and go to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage. Upon receiving the package and inspecting the item's condition, we will process return or exchange if approved. Please allow 7-10 business days to process. Note, we will send you email confirmation of this return once recieved.
